Partner Yoga is a powerful, fun and intimate practice of connecting with your partner. The joy of practicing with another person can also enhance your relationship on many different levels while improving the body, mind and spirit of each person. Partner Yoga also helps promote non-verbal communication, trust and intimacy. After 8 years of teaching this fun practice, I look forward to sharing it with couples and watching them laugh, play but most importantly connect in a new and exciting way.

Empower yourself and your baby during your pregnancy with Yoga. This class will explore ways to bring strength, comfort, peace and relaxation to you during and after your pregnancy. Guided breathing exercises along with traditional Yoga postures and restorative poses will be tailored to meet the needs and capabilities of each expecting mother. This class will also explore how to use Yoga to ease childbirth and the postnatal phase of pregnancy. Come and enjoy nurturing support from other moms, and your COIL Yoga instructor!
Discover the enchantment of Yoga by immersing yourself in a workshop designed for students with little or no experience in Yoga. This workshop offers a basic foundation from which you can build an ingoing Yoga practice. During this workshop, you will learn about the basic breathing techniques used in Yoga, explore the architecture of essential postures, the health benefits of Yoga, some Sanskrit (the language of Yoga) and much more.
